There’s something powerful about women who create spaces for other women to feel well again.

When I photographed naturopath Tanya Edwards of Performance in Health, we designed the shoot to the grounded femininity at the heart of her work supporting women through midlife and menopause.

We wanted warmth. Nature. Softness. A sense of exhale.

Styled and creatively directed around earthy tones, natural textures and slow living, this lifestyle branding shoot was less about polished perfection and more about emotional resonance. The result were images that felt calm, nurturing and deeply aligned with the women she serves.
